Mini Makeup Haul! Ft Makeup Revolution, Sleek and Maybelline!

Hi my lovelies,

So this post is going to be all about the mini Superdrug haul I did online last week! I think every UK beauty blogger took advantage of Superdrug’s 3 for 2 across all their makeup in April, as it’s such a fantastic deal! If you missed out, don’t fret as Superdrug often has some pretty great offers online and in store!

Onto the haul!

Makeup Revolution

A brand I’ve heard loads of good things about is Makeup Revolution. I have super sensitive skin and eyes, and usually avoid cheaper eyeshadow palettes, as they can sometimes cause a reaction in my skin. However, I’ve heard SUCH great reviews of this brand that I knew I had to try them out! After a good google search and some Youtube watching (thank you, Tati!) I decided on the Affirmation Palette and the Mermaids Forever Palette. After seeing the range of shades and the pigment when swatched, I decided I needed the two of these in my life! These are just £8 each so such a bargain!

Big Beauty Haul! Ft Clinique, NYX, Lush, Revlon & Eyelure!

Hi my lovelies,

I know what you’re all thinking, two posts in one day, oh my gosh Jess what happened to you!

So this post is a tad late, but over the easter holidays I went on a big shopping trip to the Trafford Centre (Basically a giant mall for those of you not familiar), and I picked up loads of things and spent way too much money!

I thought I’d tell you all about the beauty goodies I spent my hard earned wages on, so here we go! Let me know if you want to see the other things I bought, including clothes and homewares/lifestyle stuff!

I bet you’re all bored with my adventures into Clinique at this point, but I have an addiction and it’s not going away. Look at all these goodies I got, aaaaannnd I only paid for two of them! I’m part of Selfridges Clinique By Invitation scheme, which is basically a reward system for loyal customers, and I got my first reward gift! If you can get over to a Selfridges, check it out because it’s well worth it if you like Clinique!

What I purchased: Clinique Pore Refining Solutions Charcoal Face Mask – If you’ve seen my Instagram you’ll have seen my masked up face with this on the other day! My skin has been a little dull and broken out lately, and I’ve been eyeing this up for a while, and finally bought it! I think i’m going to add this into my weekly routine, because my skin was great after using this! I also purchased one of Clinique’s new Pop Lip Laquers, which if you know me by now, I’ve been wanting one ever since they were announced. This is essentially a liquid lipstick with a lovely glossy finish but the pigmented colour of a lipstick! I have the colour Wink Pop which is a lovely light pink shade that’s going to be a fab colour for spring and summer as we move into lighter makeup tones!

What I got for free (yes, free!)

Look Incredible Beauty Box March 2016 – Unboxing and review!

Hi my lovelies!

It’s the beginning of the month again and that means another month of beauty boxes!

This is also my 50th post as a blogger and I feel like i’ve reached an important milestone! Thanks to all you guys for being here with me so far!

I got my first Look Incredible box last month (see my unboxing post HERE and the video HERE ) and it’s safe to say it was well worth the money I paid for it! Everything bar one item in the box was really great and i’ll get a lot of use out of them in the future! So when March’s box was waiting at home for me after a verrrrry long saturday of being out the entire day ( I was out at 8am and only back home at 11pm) I was very tired but also really excited to open it up!

For those of you who don’t know about Look Incredible, it’s a monthly beauty subscription service that for £18.99 (now plus £2.50 postage), promises to deliver you five full sized beauty products every month. They’ve had the likes of Tarte, Bare Minerals, and Nars in previous boxes, and are pretty makeup heavy instead of more skincare items, so If you like to find new makeup products, this is a fab one to try out!

In my opinion, March’s box contains items that I will most definitely use again and again, and include 4 brands I’m familiar with (including more Nars!), and one that i’m not, much like last month!

Manchester haul and Mum’s birthday present!

Hey my lovelies,

So it was my mum’s birthday back at the end of December, and I got her two tickets for Cats at the Manchester Opera House. Naturally she took me along with her, and so off to Manchester we went on Saturday!

Cats was… well it was kinda weird. I’m still trying to figure out what happened at the end – have any of you seen Cats before and can shed some light on the topic for me? It was quite odd, but I did enjoy myself. The musical was pretty dance heavy and the actors were great!

We also went into the city earlier in the day, did some shopping, and grabbed some food before the show! So I thought I’d show you a little of what I purchased!

High End Haul – January Sales edition!

Hi everyone! I’m back with another haul post!

This one is all about the higher end stuff that I bought in the sales, or just with the little bit of spare cash I  had from christmas presents etc. I did a high street version of this post, the link to that post is HERE and the video link to that one is HERE if you want to look at the more affordable items I bought, but this post is all about the higher quality products that I bought.

Let’s start with some Clinique, as it’s my favourite brand for beauty.

Apologies …

So I was going to post a high end version of my high street haul post today. But I’m feeling a tad rubbish today so I’ll post it (and possibly a video depending on how I’m feeling) at the weekend!
Sorry if you were waiting for it, I’ll make sure to put it up soon!
